Billing question

In need of some help understanding exactly what I am being charged for. If anyone can help shed some light, it'd be greatly appreciated. 

I have attached a couple of screenshots. 

The $720 for 3 bases for the year, I understand, I think. But its strange because I have 4 bases. 

The "remaining time on team annual" for $167 is confusing though. Is this for the entire workspace? And only for half the year?

Billing for teams is based on how many billable users you have.  Check those it should match up to the pricing found here: https://airtable.com/pricing
