+1 I am also looking for this functionality! Visualizing content is a big criteria for a lot of industries and being able to discern content based on color, especially in linked/mirrored tables would make things a lot easier and increase accesibility...

I already had something like this set up, but definitely missed the connection, or at least the way to do it properly! Jeremys description just put everything into place!
