How best to organise Children to Measured Skills and Skill Score

This is a measurement & reporting Airtable for Early Years Child development.

I’m hoping for some pointers for how best to organize the table/relationship between Child Directory and Child/Skills. I’ve created a Child/Skill table using a Link to another record (table) that contains the specific Child Measurements with an associated Grade field to show the Child’s level of achievement with that Skill.

For any Child I have many Measured Skills (in Child/Skills) which require grading as each assessment is carried out.

I’m convinced Airtable can do this kind of relationship but I’m new to this product and not an expert in DB design. Any ideas folks?
