Problem with the integration of typeform and airtable using automate.io

Hi friends I recently tried to use automate.io to integrate typeform and airtable, the integration I used for that was the following:
where I only want each record of typeform to be a record within a specific table. which I attach its configuration; where I send from a form of 5 simple records to 5 records of the same type of data.
The detail is that after registering some typeform, then when checking the table gives me the following error, which is the identified of the typeform form, I do not understand why gives that error placing a record in that table and then in another record the capture of that form.
If anyone knows how to remove that error, I would appreciate it.
