Hi,
My organisation is on the Team Plan with budget allowing for only one collaborator. We need to email read-only users and / or external emails (max 50 recipients per email) but I'm unable to find out so far if this is possible without being charged. I'm also struggling to find the limits on these type of emails.
I've attached a basic example of a select number of records which I wish to share in an email.
Would appreciate if someone could advise / tell me a better approach! Thank you.

Hey @CJ - anyone who is read-only does not count towards billing. And the Team Plan provides 25k automation runs.
From Airtable Support:
- On Team self-serve workspace plans, any user with a permission level of Commenter, Editor, Creator, or Owner is classified as billable. This means you will be charged for adding them as workspace, base, or interface collaborators. However, Read-only collaborators are classified as non-billable.
