+6Hi, I’m trying to send out an email when an action takes place but its failing at the first step (ie. inserting the email address).
I suspect that the issue is because I’m pulling the email value in from another Base / Lookup field and it’s not correctly bringing the email over into the automation.

No, that’s not it. I have used the email in a lookup from a linked table. Try running your trigger test again to make sure the action test has clean data.
Are you over your number of unique (non-collab) email addresses for the day? That’s actually the first time I’ve ever noticed that warning.
