Automation keeps failing, not recognising email

Everything was working fine since yesterday. Now all my automations which send an email keep failing, it says the “To” field is empty while its not. Also my Zapier to Mailchimp is failing as Mailchimp cant recognise the email adres. Have contacted Support but no reply yet.

The To field is filled in through a form. I have double checked the email adreses and they are valid.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hello @A_La_Plancha,

Adam from Airtable here.

From what I can see, it looks like the error is on Mailchimp’s end. This would mean that the Zap, which I’m assuming connects Mailchimp to Airtable, is failing to include the email address in whichever field you have set up on Airtable’s end to store the email information. Our “Gmail: Send email” action in the automation is then failing since there is no email address to send to.

I could be wrong on all of that, but it seems like the likely cause. Also, we have a troubleshooting article specific to Automations here.
