hi all, hoping someone can help me. When I create a new automation for when a form is submitted, I want it to update the states to Requested on the new record it creates.
But after I configure the trigger details and test it, it connects somehow to an existing record, instead of a new one. So whenever someone fills out the form, it updates the same record over and over.
Can someone let me know how to disconnect the form submission from the record? I want it to update the newly entered records instead.
