Here is my basic situation:
- I use airtable to manage events - each record has a specific date and time associated
- I have a limited number of staff - each record can only be assigned to one staff member within a given time frame (staff are not able to overlap their events)
Is it possible to create an automation that creates a calendar event when I reach 75% of my staffing capacity?
From what I can tell, I can only create an automation based on individual records. I am envisioning an automation along the lines of: “When number of unassigned staff at a given time falls below 10, create an event in GCal”
Any other creative ways to approach this would be super helpful. Maybe there is an app that would be more appropriate. Thanks in advance!
