Google Doc as Attachment

Hi all.
I have standardised content in google docs (there is a template) that i would like to create new records in airtable.
That is, the content in each good doc becomes a new record in airtable.
I have a template in docs with two columns. The left hand column in the doc aligns to the headings in the airtable, so it is a simple transpose exercise, however I can’t find a simple way to do it.

Has anybody done this before? Can you tell me how you did it?
