Complete records with form

Hi, we have created survey’s within our base and then embedded those onto our website, but we aren’t receiving any notifications when someone submits a survey. Has anyone found a way to automate that? Notifications are all turned on but we still aren’t receiving any notifications. Thoughts?

Otherwise you could set up an Automation to run when a new record is created in that table and use a Send Email action to email whoever needs to be notified. You likely need to adjust the Automation trigger to run when the new record is from the form and not from somewhere else, which could be tricky.
