I have been using the "Create records for multiple templates" script because I could not get it to work via an automation. I am currently getting more interface focused and the base button I had running the script does not work in the Interface. I am trying to close that gap with an automation and I can not seem to get it to work. I get the result I want with the first run, but every time the linked record (based on type of task) is the same as a previous project, it does not create a new list of items it just links the projects to the same items. This is an issue because any update to a task linked to more than 1 project updates both projects. I have tried formula fields and rollups separating results by commas, but it still links everything together instead of making a new list.
