I want to generate a vcard (VCF) file from my records automatically

I have my new members sign up for the clubcard and I want to have the ability to send sms/ call from my phone without having to re-enter the contact in my phone. So Airtable form will collect the data and convert it to vcard which I can import it later on.

Pls advice
