Are you on a full paid team plan, or on a trial team plan? If you are on the trial, you may need to wait until after the trial period is over before being able to run automation scripts. If you need access to automation scripts before the trial is over, you should contact support and explain your situation.
Another possibility is that you have multiple workspaces and this particular base is in a free workspace.
