Wrong dates in Outlook automation

Hi there! Maybe someone can help me with that… I am trying for the first time the automations. I have created a simple one: When a record is created (in a base) > Create a record (in another base). And I added 2 fields to fill in automatically.

The issue that I have is that the automation is working randomly. And I am getting emails saying : Something went wrong with an automation. Unfortunately, the email is not saying where it went wrong, so I have to look at all my records to find which one is missing.

Anyone else is having this issue? Is there anything I can do?

I noticed that no community members have jumped in on your topic, and it’s possible that a little more context might be needed to get a full understanding of what’s happening here.

I’d recommend adding a few screenshots or a screen recording. Hopefully we can get some dialogue going on what could be happening here!
