Update a blank record field from another record in the same table

Is this even possible? I’ve watched a ton of automation tutorials and can’t find an answer.

From the Transaction Type: Order >Item ID field I would like to add this ID # to the Transaction Type: Shipping label >Item ID

And pretty much do the same thing by updating the Transaction ID fields that are empty in the Shipping Label and Other Fee row, with the Transaction ID# that is in the Order Row.
