Can I search by for records that have zip codes within a 100 mile radius of a given zip code?

Hi! Each record in my base has information about a specific business and the business zip code. I would like to add a filtering condition based on location. For example, I’d like to filter for records of all businesses within 100 miles of Boston. I know I can search for a specific zip code, but I’d like to be able to instead search for a radius around that zip code, to identify all records within a geographic range. Is this possible in a standard base, or with an app addition? Or is there some other location search workaround? Thanks!
