Cell Dependency on another Cell

Hello!

I have a long list of names in one of the views of my airtable base. I have indicated in my base who amongst my contacts is connected to each of those individuals. Currently, when I click the field to enter the names of of one or more of these people, it brings up the full contact list when I only want to filter by the column “ie. Prashant X” that lists that particular individual’s connections. Is there a formula for this?

Yah, I too have this same problem but with manufacturing methodologies. Super keen to hear about ways to work this problem. I did think that perhaps filtered views might work, but unfortunately it doesn’t - not for the layout you’ve described.
