Can't Link "RATING" with icons showing

Hallo 

can you change the Icons in the rating field or add some self created ones?

I would like to add some flower icons instead of stars or thumbs.

Unfortunately no, but a workaround would be to use an Attachment field.  You can save any type of image and upload that image to the attachment field.  One image for one star, 2 images for 2 stars, etc.  See attached file.  If you have any further questions, feel free to book an appointment with me:  https://calendly.com/bruce_consulting
