Hi all - I work on a team that manages contracts and all of our data lives in Airtable. We use Favro, however, to track cross-team work to resolve post-contract enrollment issues. I then create a new row in a "Post-Enrolled Issues" table of our base that is linked to the primary contract table so that we can maintain visibility on each contract's issues while also reporting on summaries in an interface view.
Double data entry, however, is no bueno. I have played around with and considered transitioning from Favro to a kanban view in Airtable, but without going into detail, have decided not to pursue this further.
I'm therefore wondering if anyone here has experience integrating Airtable and Favro? I did ask a colleague check it out and they said, "The biggest problem I’m having with Zapier is that it will only pull one field from Airtable and make a new card with that field as the card name, so it’s not any more efficient than doing it manually. I’m thinking we might have to get someone to make an API to get all of the fields to go from Airtable to Favro, but idk if even that is possible."

Hmm, I'm a bit confused about only being able to pull one field. Creating Cards on Favro with Zapier appear to allow for creating a Card with the following pieces of data:
And once you retrieve the data from Airtable via a "Find record" step all of the data in the record should be usable, right?
---
I noticed that Zapier only allow's for a "Create Card" action though. Assuming you guys want to keep data between Favro and Airtable updated constantly you could explore using Make.com for it instead, as they seem to support an "Update Card" option?

Your best bet is to use Make’s Favro integrations & automations.
Much more powerful than Zapier’s Favro integrations.
You mentioned Zapier in your message above, but I would STRONGLY recommend against using Zapier.
Make is INFINITELY more powerful & customizable than Zapier, yet it is SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER than Zapier.
I wrote an entire post here comparing Make vs. Zapier: https://air.tableforums.com/t/make-vs-zapier/737
