Form to multiple tables

Can I create one form and have the answers go to multiple tables. For example can the address go to my Contact table, the answers to college/graduation questions go to my Education table, and favorite flavor ice cream (for example) go to my Success Stories table?

You can do that post-submission with an Airtable automation. You would collect the form answers into a single table, and then you would use an automation to move values into the appropriate places.

You can also automate this with an external tool like Integromat, which adds lots of extra features & functionality (such as conditionals).
