For this, I could imagine it a few ways. One, create a field for each skill, then set the field type to Rating. This could be intense to set up, depending on the number of skills you want to consider. Add a record for each team member and rate accordingly.
Another way you could do this is by deciding the number of skills each person could have, then creating either a drop down menu and rating field that “correspond” to each other. This method would also require setting up some formulas to relate the rating to the skill. This would be more complex, obviously.
I’m sure there may be other ways, these 2 are just off the top of my head.
