How to extract formulas from a field?

Hello !
To manage my dev, i search a way to ‘extract’ formulas used in a field . The idea is to have a table regrouping all my differents fields created with formulas. Something like this

Alas, there is no easy way to extract formulas in bulk. The only way is to manually open the configuration screen for each field and copy the formula.
