at some point with glitchy internet I was offered the option to work offline… carried on and forgot… a few days later with no orders showing up I remember, but where do I reconnect?!

As far as I’m aware, Airtable doesn’t have an offline mode. By any chance, are you an enterprise user? They often have access to features Pro and Free users do not.

It’s for my job so probably, but it’s crazy that I can’t find a way back! I was advised to try the community forum because support is taking a long time.
