How to mark or comment a single cell?

Hi every one, we are looking to change our work space from google to airtable but we encounter a huge problem. We need to be able to mark individual cells, like with colour or comments, or other ways, but it appears to be impossible to do so in airtable, because every possible way to mark is by field or conditions.

That is correct. You can add comments or conditional colors to entire records, but not individual cells.
