How to retrieve the name and email id from a user object using airtable formula?

I have a 'Last Modified By' field in my table that has a user object. I have another field that says 'Last Modified By (Name)'. It needs to be populated with only the name of the user.  Is there a formula to retrieve only the 'name' from the Last Modified by object?
