I pay my contractors biweekly a different percentage of the revenue brought in

I have two tables on air-table.
One for Staff, another for Leads.

Staff: grouped under type: organic sales, paid sales, and coaches.
Fields: Type, Total Revenue, Total Leads.

Two questions:

1. How can I change the formula for each staff type?
2. How can I calculate the total revenue biweekly? and reset it every biweekly period? The amount to be paid to the contractors is based on the revenue brought in in each of the 26 periods of the year.
