Hello eveybody,
I am wondering if it is possible, when we want to add a new record (in a linked record field) not to have the possibility to select from an existing record but only to add a new one. Indeed, we are using in some cases this functionnality for part of the tram to link some procedure or consultation to a specific case (we go legal work) but the team seem confused when the list of existing consultations appear. We would like to give them only the possibility to create a new entry. Is it a possibility?
I am also wondering if the preview of the record can be limited to the name of the record and not to include all those many information (also confusing the team a lot).

Try creating a view with a filter that doesn't display any records at all, and limit record selection to that view for the linked field
Now when your users use that linked record field no records will show up and they can only add new records
