I have a base with two tabs:
For each post i can select a content: via link to another record (content ID tab)
What I can't manage to get done is the following:
I want to go to the Post tab and select "published" next to an post ID & it's according content (from content ID tab) and this information should then also automatically appear in my other tab: content ID.
At the moment I found a solution but it adds an extra step. I have connected the two tabs via link to another record but I have to select the post first to get the "published" information transferred. Is there a solution to get it automatically?
I would like to add new information to the content (select: published) in the post ID tab, also updating this information for the content used in the post, therefore this change should also be visible in the content ID tab.
Anyone here has a solution for this issue?
Thanks a lot 🙏

Since your records are already linked you'll just need to add a lookup field to the "Content ID" table

thats what I tried, but it only works the other way round.
In the post ID tab I want to change to published, and that should become visible in content ID. that is not working automatically.
Currently I can only make it work by changing in Content ID to published and that also appears within post ID.
Is there a solution to make it work both ways?

Could you provide screenshots of both tables with the relevant fields please?
Can individual "Content" records be set as "Published" even when the linked "Post" record is not set as "Published?
