Hi - I would like my employees to be able to use Airtable as a place to add their personal objectives and mark them off as complete etc. Permissions is where I am struggling. I would like
Employees to only be able to see their own objectives
Managers to be able to see objectives of their employees (and add and edit new ones if required)
Directors (who have a handful of managers, who in turn manage people) to be able to see their managers objectives and those employees reporting into them.
so it’s like a pyramid of who can see and edit what.
I’m struggling to find the best way to get this to work
