I'm slowly learning some basics, and struggling to understand how I would use Rollups to get "total" metrics.
I have a "contacts" base, and a "metrics" base. I'd like to pull from contacts, roll up the total "sent," "opened," and "replied" emails and then I can calculate my % off of those in another column.

Hi, unlikely airtable doesn't have the function to calculate formula over the column, it works on row.
I have a suggestion for you, create a table with all emails (email as primary field), so you can roll up the emails on the table of "contacts" and count how many emails each contact got. Unlikely to have the "final table" for the metrics, you have to add it on excel and do the calculation there.

Okay, I found a way to calculate in airtable,
you have to add a column with the status (multiple selection so an email that got a reply will have 3 status "sent" , "opened" and "replied".
for sent email:
and the calculation:
and you have to do the same for each status .
I hope it helps 🙂 let me know if you have any other questions
