When designing Leave Form Request, I have made a new form, however, there is no Submit button as default. How to input that button in the form with automation that once the button is clicked, it will send notification?

The "submit button' is shown in the Form view derived from Grid view, however, this setup wouldn't allow new linked elements right?

How to set automation, when a form is submitted, the status field in Grid view is "pending approval". When it is approved, the status changed to "approved". I can only do it when I chose pending approval in status field in the form before submission, but it is weird.

How to import "Adobe Signature" in the Approved by field?

Grateful if anyone can help. As a beginner, I read many useful solutions however no clues on the above.
