I am trying to build a functioning workout log for this new workout plan I am planning to start. I want to be able to create it on interface designer and be able to update it on my phone as I am in the gym.
The workout is divided into 12 weeks with 4 workouts a week, each workout day is divided into two sections.

Each week there is a slight progression and every three weeks the plan updates with new exercises, but overall stays within the same model of 3 days of Strength work and specialization, and one day with special workouts.
I would love to be able to easily add in the weight of each set I perform as I do each exercise and organize the base so I can simply track what workouts come next.
The difficulty I am having is how to structure the tables properly and how to make them relate. Also to be able to go to the gym and fully rely on AirTable to know what exercise I am to do, how many sets, how many reps in each set, the RPE, and be able to enter the weight for each set.
