Cannot update my app: airtableApiUnexpectedError

Trying to push an update for my app, and when I hit block submit, I get this error from the Airtable server:

Is something wrong with Airtable's extension servers?

Thank you for reporting this issue! This was a temporary issue that has now been resolved, `block submit` is now working again.
