How do I get the workspace id via Web api

If you have an enterprise account, here is the documentation for getting a list of workspace IDs from the web API.

If you do not have an enterprise account, I believe that workspace IDs are not available via the web api.

Is there any plan to expose the workspace id for non enterprise accounts ?

Would there be any other way to retrieve/infer it ?
