I got a user table and all the users link to a Company table to a specific company. How can I query all the users under that company?

Hm, could you tell us more about what you're trying to accomplish, perhaps with some screenshots? 

Are you trying to access this data via the API?  If not, may I know what issues you faced using conditional rollups / lookups?
