How to update multiple linked record field through script

I haven’t been able to figure out the syntax to update a multiple linked record field through a script.
I want to add to the linked records.

I’ve looked through the multiple posts that address similar questions, but somehow none of the changes are working. :see_no_evil:

Any help appreciated!
