Is there any way to get the base collaborators without having an enterprise version of Airtable?

I am building an integration for Airtable extension on Zoho's cliq. And I need to get the base collaborators for performing some core functionality.  But it seems to be a part of enterprise version. Is there any way that I could get the base collaborators without an enterprise version.
