Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to make a Mail merge using data that comes from AIRTABLE API and Google docs or Microsoft word template?

Definitely. Most external integrations depend on Airtable’s API.
Integromat and Zapier use the Airtable API to communicate with Google Docs and Office 365.
I would highly recommend using Integromat over Zapier, because it is the significantly more capable platform — and it’s cheaper, too.
They can even feed into document creation apps like DocuPilot or FormStack Documents.
Although there is a FormStack Documents Block built natively into Airtable.

Disclaimer: I'm one of the authors of https://www.easymailmerge.com/, which is a simple website that supports merging Airtable (and Google Sheets, and Excel, and CSV files) with Google Docs (and coming soon, Microsoft Word).
Zapier, Integromat and similar services are great for more complex needs, but sometimes you just want to turn 100 rows into 100 documents and move on: we built Easy Mail Merge for just that use case.
