I'm in construction. I need a place that I can take notes on my interactions with vendors and subs, and then display those interactions in timeline and calendar format. I'd like the input screen to be on my iPhone so I have the ability to dictate my meeting notes. I'm looking for something very bare bones. The CRM and project management tools I find are waaaaay more than I'm looking for, and I haven't been able to dumb them down.
I thought a table with contacts, a table of projects, and an input table connecting them with meeting date and notes could be enough. But I haven't been able to figure out how to get it to report in calendar and more importantly timeline view. And the data entry screen on the iPhone isn't great. (Help!)
