Using Scripting to find last modified date

Hi there - Is it possible to use scripting to find the last modified date of a cell?

Scripting cannot find the last modified date of a cell. You can use a last modified time field, or a formula field with the LAST_MODIFIED_TIME() function to the the last modified date/time of a cell.
