Form: Referenced Table Caption in Drop Downs Possible?

Hi,

I am creating an Airtable form with a drop-down option. Now the options in the dropdown are the entries of a different table. It looks like this:

When I open the form, it shows the IDs, not the names of the Hotels:

Is there a way to control which fields of the other table are being displayed (i.e. not just the IDs) ?

It will only show you the primary field value from the linked table, so you could make your primary field (in that linked table) a formula field which combines any of the other fields that you’d like to see.

Also, please be sure to email support@airtable.com to ask them to please give us the option to show ANY field value that we want in a form’s linked record fields, not just the primary field.
