FORMULA FIND()

I can't create a formula to find pieces of text in the "Libellé" (Text) field and transform them into a word.

Example :
IF “PAYMENT” or “PRLV SEPA” in the "Libellé" field
THEN “VER” in the formula field

&
IF(FIND("PRLV SEPA", Label), "VER", ""
)
)
