Hola necesito generar in ID de solicitud para mi form que sea facil de buscar o indentificar

Since the form entry will just create a row you can use RECORD ID() to show the ID for that specific form. Not sure if that's what you're asking

For example, i need the record ID be easier to recall or indetify, like ID_0001, ID-0002, so on.
