Shiftplan with formula and counter

Hi there, 

im new to airtable and need some help. 🙄

I would like to create a form in which people can register for a work shift. There are four shifts with a maximum number of participants. For example:

Shift A = Max. 5 participants
Shift B = Max. 2 participants

Now I would like only the free shifts to be displayed in the form. So if 5 participants have already registered for shift A, then this should no longer be selectable or available.

Can anyone help me here?

Are the shifts in a linked field?  You might also want to checkout Fillout.com to try to handle this for you as well
