AirTable Help Needed - QR Code

Hello - I am interested in using air table for a membership program (10,000 members) database and want to be able to have a unique QR code for each member that can be then used to scan upon entry to a venue. I would like it to create a dashboard and then be able to do quiries based on a field i.e. membership level etc.
