Auto populating a zone (group of post codes) based upon a list of post codes and zones

We have built a system to help our group nunheadknocks dot com deliver community services during Covid 19 pandemic.

We are desperate for an airtable guru just to help us on a couple of things including the above question.

Hope someone out there can spend some time helping us.
