Hire a Consultant - Overview for Efficiency and Automation

Good morning!

We are a commercial furniture dealership. We use Airtable as a Task Management Program to assist our teams in managing the high volume of projects we run.

We have been using Airtable for about a year and we are looking to become leaner, faster, more efficient.

I really need assistance in evaluating our current set up and find more efficient/better methods for updating project status and team deliverables/timelines.
