Hiring an Airtable developer/consultant

Hi,
We use Airtable extensively at our office (at MIT) - we’re about to take a program that is run off Airtable from MVP to large-scale operations and need someone with a bit more experience in creating integrated and scalable Airtable bases.

Can anyone provide advice on bringing on an Airtable developer or consultant?
