I’ve set a meeting for Monday 28. Your company profile seems interesting for what we need so I’m happy to have a chat though I do have a concern which is your time zone.

We are based in the UK and EU, if you are Pacific that makes communication very difficult and more importantly support responses slow. When where is a bug to fix having to wait for the next time zone window might prove to be an issue.

We’ve worked with a handful of client from the UK and EU before. We tended to meet during your afternoons and my mornings.

Our clients from the UK had a great experience. In terms of email responses and bug fixes, it’ll depend on complex the change is. For smaller issues, we like to fix them quickly (1 day or 2). For larger issues, I like to also think about the problem first before I give clients an answer, we’ll discuss it, then make the update (about a week). Most times, I like to think and plan first before actually building. That being said, if you are looking for someone in the same time zone and can respond in a few minutes, we may not be the right fit for you.
